Returns Policy

We really want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases simply return them within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund (minus the delivery charge).

To qualify for a refund the goods must be unopened and/or unused, and in resalable condition; once inspected by us we’ll refund the amount within 28 days.

If you find any of your goods are damaged or the wrong product was provided to you as a result of our error, return the unopened and/or unused goods and according to your instructions we will either exchange them or reimburse the cost of the items and the delivery charge.

When returning items we recommend you obtain a certificate of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please pack items suitably to prevent damage in transit. Please include your name, address, order reference number, reason for the return and the action you would like us to take with all returns.

Your existing Consumer Statutory rights are not affected by these conditions
