We celebrated Hogmanay (as we call it in Scotland) in a little cottage oop north near Pitlochry. The weather improved so we didn’t need to ski there, however for the first 3 days of our stay we couldn’t see further than 10 metres in front of us thanks to the very thick fog, not my failing eyes!. However, the sun managed to eventually break through and we woke to this gorgeous view.

So waving good bye to 2010 and re-assessing, re-evaluating and generally looking how we can improve and continue the good things in life, we brought in 2011 with fireworks and some bubbly.
Hogmanay is also the time you send a big thanks for all the things you have achieved, to those who have helped, supported and encouraged you along the way.
stripykat had a great 2010. From developing a brand new web site, introducing the stripykat diary and getting more stockists throughout the country.
I am very proud of stripykat and I send a huge big thanks to all of you who have clicked in to stripykat.com and read my many rambling newsletters and spent your hard earned cash on stripykat items.
I promise to continue to make oodles of lovely things for your eyes to feast on in 2011 and watch this space for exciting news.
