Frequently asked questions - using the website
What do the measurements mean?
The 'width' taken at the widest point and for a bag the 'height' is taken from the top of the body of the bag to the base.
The 'total height' is the total length of the bag from the top of the handle to the base of the bag.
All the measurements are rounded up or down to the nearest centimeter. We've also tried to give you a picture of each handbag being modelled too, giving you a sense of scale. But if you have an queries then do get in touch.
Can I see a bigger picture of an item?
Yes, just click on the small thumbnail and a bigger version will pop up. If you're unsure about the size, shape or fabric of any product just drop Katie an email. You see there are advantages of buying direct from the designer!
Is there a sneaky way I can use technology to be automatically told about the latest products on the site?
Why yes! Just navigate to the RSS feed and add it to a news reader, like Google Reader. New products are listed automatically at the top of the list as soon as they arrive on the site. If you haven't a clue what an RSS feed is there's a great guide on the BBC web site. Or simply ask a friendly geek!
