Archive of things that are now, sadly, sold

Look at what you could have won! Welcome to the part of the site that I have devoted to a few of the missed opportunities - the archive of the handmade accessories I have already sold.

The selection here is to give you an idea of my work. As each item is designed and handmade by me, I don't have a stock pile of products, so this is just a taster of what has been on offer.

If you see some fabric or a style of bag you love that is not currently featured in the katalog then please contact me to see if I can help you out. As you know stripykat only makes one of anything so I am unable to remake a product to the exact specifications of an old one, but if there are elements of a particular item you just love, then I will be more than happy to make something for you.


	The Juicy handmade bag is sssssoooo gorgeous! Probably not for the shy and retiring individual this bag is sure to draw a few second glances as you strut down the street. It is made with Anna Maria Horner designed fabric I have sourced from America and is lined in orange cotton. It has a handy internal pocket ideal for all things you want to keep safe and at easy reach. There is an orange elastic fastener that goes over the bag to a cute row of handmade buttons, making it look almost like a shirt. There is a box pleats on the front and back, which are emphasised with some pretty pink ribbons. The long shoulder strap is made with the super floral fabric and is lined in pink cord to make it nice and strong.
	The Tart case is ideal for your i-phone, i-pod, camera or anything else that size which needs to be kept nice and safe. It's made from some gorgeous 10oz wool in the Pride of Scotland tartan. However, that's where the subtle angle ends as the lining is a shocking pink cotton which is my favourite. The case also has a nice soft layer or two of interlining to make sure your i-phone doesn't get scratched when it's in your bag or pocket. There is an invisible magnetic fastener to stop everything falling out.
	The Jive hair band is great it's made from some cotton designed by Michael Miller. It's white with lots of bright red polka dots all over it. Not one to shy away from colour I have lined it in pink. It's great as it gives you two hair bands for the price of one. Made with soft cotton it's really comfortable and keeps your hair neat and tidy and you looking ultra cool. Is there anything more you can ask for?
	The Playing Cords case is great to keep either your i-phone, i-pod or other MP3 cases or even your camera nice and safe and scratch free. The bright colours also helps you to find it easily when it is hiding in the bottom of your handbag. It's made from some pretty pink cord and the overflap is made with some Amy Butler designed fabric. The case is lined in an eye catching turquoise cotton, has an invisible magnetic fastener and is also got soft interlining within. It closes using the invisible magnetic fastener and is a great present for yourself or a friend.
	The Pretty in Pink hair band is ultra funky if I don't say so myself. Made from some cotton fabric from one of my favourite designers Amy Butler the pink background has lots of orange and yellow fleur de lis style pattern on it. The hair band is lined in a pink cotton and is all top stitched in yellow and pink thread. This is a great hair band to wear with either short or long hair, just tie it round your unruly hair and go strut your stuff.
